The "Scammer" status is assigned to Developers who repeatedly create rework servers, clones or other projects of dubious quality in the Metin2 world, often misleading the community by copying names, content for quick profit and mechanics from other servers. Our goal is to promote honesty and originality among server creators, which is the foundation of trust in the community.
However, we understand that everyone deserves a second chance. If a person assigned "Scammer" status attempts to create a valuable, original project – without copying names, elements from other servers or abusing player trust – there is an opportunity to appeal this decision. Through our appeals procedure, these individuals can explain their situation, present evidence of improvement and prove they are acting honestly and creatively.
Our priority is to support creators who strive to improve the quality of their work and bring something valuable and lasting to the Metin2 community, not create servers that only last a few days.
